Due to weather, technical reasons or events, there may be restrictions in operations or short-term cancellations. Please also note the information at the ticket offices and on the climbings parks´s homepage. In the event of a cancellation or excessive demand, you will receive your entrance fee for the Elbarenpark back if you return your ticket to the park ticket office within 30 minutes.
The climbing park and the ElbauenZip are operated by an external company. Therefore, an additional fee is charged to the entrance fee to the elbauenpark.

To use the barbecue areas or the garden house, a user fee must be paid in addition to the entrance fee for the Elbauenpark Magdeburg.
In addition, the tenant must pay a deposit per barbecue area in cash at the checkout. The deposit may be retained in part or in full to cover damage and cleaning costs due to garbage not being cleared away.
